According to science.org, The first organisms to "breathe" oxygen—or at least use it—appeared 3.1 billion years ago, according to a new genetic analysis of dozens of families of microbes. Amazing! Isn't it? We live inside this. We take it even we are in sleep. Even we are unconscious we never forget to take one. But what if we did forget to take a breathe? kidding! that's really not possible because our body would never forget it!

But how do we know we need to grab a breathe first to live? According to medical science, we took our first breath within about 10 seconds after delivery. High carbon dioxide levels cause acidosis and stimulate the respiratory center in the brain, triggering us to take a breath for the first time.

This eternal air keeps us alive. Keeps everything working. Supplies us oxygen that helps us to grow, reproduce and turn food into energy. So, it controls us. But we can also control it. Breathing is so powerful. If you can breathe effectively it will give you power, focus, energy so you can move on smoothly in your life.

That's why breathing exercises are the more easiest tool which can make you more focused and healthy. These exercises have been here from the ancient times and still it's really difficult to tell who invented this. May be in Indus Valley Civilization along with Yoga or in China. However, when you get stressed, or before going to sleep or when you wake up in the morning just take a deep abdominal breath slowly through the nose and then out through the mouth using the diaphragm. Do this just for 4-5 minutes. I'm sure you'll feel the difference! A confident mind, more focused and relaxed body.

This eternal life air has everything you need to be alive. Catch a good breathe, live a good life!
